ジョニーさんトリビュートアルバムについては2019年11月13日に翌年リリースとの報道があり，もう消えてしまいましたが旧板でも12月20日に話題にしました．
私事で恐縮ですがその際に収録されるジョニーさん作のオリジナル曲の予想をしてみましたので振り返ってみたいと思います．それは次の曲でした・
「Mean Town Blues」 from 『Progressive Blues Experiment』
「I'm Yours And I'm Hers」 from 『Johnny Winter』
「I'm Not Sure」 from 『Second Winter』
「Guess I'll Go Away」 and 「Prodigal Son」 from 『Johnny Winter And』
「Rock & Roll」 from 『Still Alive And Well』
「Bad Luck Situation」 from 『Saints & Sinners』
「Stranger」 and 「Self Destructive Blues」 from 『John Dawson Winter III』
「I'm Not Sure」は漏れましたが『Second』からは2曲目の「Memory Pain」(Percy Mayfield)が選ばれました．「Prodigal Son」，「Rock & Roll」，「Bad Luck Situation」も選ばれませんでした．『Brother Johnny』全17曲中の5曲がジョニーさん作です．
